Midland Chutes

We only install Midland-manufactured chutes! They are the quietest, safest and highest quality system available. There is no specification that they do no exceed. Midland Chutes continually meets and exceeds the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 82 Code. Midland Chute doors are U.L., “B” label approved and undergo regular inspections to ensure proper manufacturing and conformance to U.L. standards.

Midland Automatic Odor Control System

The Midland Chutes automatic odor control system is an industrial quality odor control system specifically designed to neutralize odors in trash compactors, trash chutes and trash rooms of up to 2,000 sq. ft. This system includes a one-year warranty and each time you purchase a five gallon refill of Midland Odor Neutralizer, we will extend your system’s warranty by year, effectively giving you a LIFETIME warranty! Precision Machinery Systems

Precision Machinery Systems’ is our supplier for the International Dynetics™ trash compactor, originally developed in the late 1960’s and has set the standard for quality, reliability and longevity in the industry. These compactors are designed for use in high rise apartment buildings, office buildings, apartments, condos, restaurants, hospitals, schools and various other institutions.
